Account and Data Deletion
Request deletion of your TaleSnap account and associated personal data in the app or by email. You do not need to install or open the app to send an email request.
Request account deletion by email
Email an account deletion request to nbb8150@gmail.com with the subject TaleSnap Account Deletion.
- Send the request from the email address linked to your TaleSnap account when possible.
- Include your TaleSnap account email or user ID and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
- We may ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.

Alternatively, delete your account in the app
Open the TaleSnap app, sign in to the account you want to delete, go to the account or profile area, and choose the account deletion option. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.
Data deleted and retained
Following verification, we delete or anonymize eligible account profile information and associated app activity. Transaction and other records may be retained where needed for the purposes described below and in our Privacy Policy.
What happens next
After a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize eligible account information and associated activity within a reasonable period, except information we must retain for legal compliance, transaction records, refunds, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or enforcement.
